III. Submissions (Written works).

III.9. You agree your Written work to be our property with your exclusive copyright as an Author.
III.10. By submitting a Submission, you grant us and our sub-licensees a royalty-free, transferable license to copy, edit, publish, distribute, share and make available any additional author information you provide. Agrees to grant to its sublicensees.
III.11. You agree that we have no obligation to make any payments, including royalties, to you or any collecting entity in respect of the use, or any third party’s use, copying, sharing or making available of your Submissions worldwide. You acknowledge all of that.
IV. Submission Review
IV.1. We will review posted submissions and decide whether to edit them on the Website. The editing and re-posting of contributions are entirely at our discretion.
IV.2. Sometimes we will notify you of our decision for editing and re-posting or deletion. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address specified at the time of submission.
IV.3. You agree that your Submissions after posting on the Website are our exclusive property and may not be made available online, in print or any other form, except as permitted by these Terms of use or our written consent to you.
IV.4. If we delete your published Contribution concerning being harmful to our business, or if you do not hear from us within a week, your Contribution may be made available in other ways.
V. Publishing your submission
V.1. If we concerning to modify your Submission, it does not mean that it will be modified immediately, and it may be modified at a later date at our discretion.
V.2. We may, at our sole discretion, modify your Submission before publication.
V.3. Once you have posted your Entry, you may post on your website, blogs or all social media accounts a link to a page hosted on our Website. We reserve the right to revoke this permission at any time.
V.4. We may, at our discretion, share, distribute and link your Submissions on social media sites or other third-party websites or platforms.
V.5. You must not make any of your Posts available, in whole or in part, on any website, blog, social media account or otherwise. unless we notify you in writing that you have the right to do so.
V.6. We may decide to remove your Submission from the Website or disable any link to or from your Submission at any time. You may post your Submission elsewhere else.
VI. Copyright
VI.1. By submitting an Entry, you grant a perpetual, global license to full copyright and all other rights and interests of any kind in the Content you submit to which you have or may acquire rights. You grant us a transferable licence to

VI.1.2. Right to modify or change Submissions at our sole discretion at any time.
VI.1.3. Right to save and store Submissions.
VI.1.4. The right to distribute and make available your Postings, including posting them on Social media sites operated by third parties.
VI.2. You retain all ownership rights in copyright and other rights or interests in the Submission, which is subject to the licence granted under Section VII.1.
VI.3. The licence you grant to us is perpetual and royalty-free. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to payment for it, and any permitted use under the licence.
VII. You waive any moral rights relating to your use of any Submission now or hereafter available and be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any similar law in force anywhere in the world from time to time. You agree with all the above.
VIII. Warranties
VIII.1. By submitting your Written work to be published on our Website you represent and warrant:
VIII.1.1. you’re the sole legal and beneficial proprietor of the copyright and all different rights and interests in the Submission (including images covered in the Submission);
VIII.1.2. The Submission is authentic and has not been copied totally or substantially (in parts), directly or indirectly, from another website post or other materials;
VIII.1.3. You have not certified or assigned any rights in the Submission at the moment;
VIII.1.4. The Submission has not already been made in other publications, online, in print or another form at the moment;
VIII.1.5. You will not make the Submission visible in complete or in part in other places online, in print or another form in the future, unless:
VIII.1.5.1. We notify you that we do no longer desire to have the Submission to be published on the Website;
VIII.1.5.2. You have seen Your Submission is removed or no longer published on the Website;
VIII.1.5.3. We notify you in writing that you can publish Your Submission somewhere else if we decide that your Written work is harmful to our business.
IX. Indemnity
IX.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any legal actions, or against all actions, proceedings, costs (including outside attorneys’ fees and costs), claims and damages. You agree to fully indemnify us for any breach or failure to comply with these Terms of use at all times by you.

X. Our liability for loss or damage suffered by you
